All graphics and fonts (including screen and printer fonts) must be provided. Graphics must be saved as EPS or TIFF format and as CMYK color format. Do not zip or compress files. EOM will accept files on 3.5 floppies, CD-ROM, Zip, or Jaz disks. Please attach your business card to your disk if you want it returned. Proofs: Match-print or comparable color proof must be supplied with all color and black and white ads. Additional Charges: Advertiser will be charged for any separations, stripping, reduction, or additional work provided by the publisher. Deadlines: All advertisements must be scheduled for press with your account manager by the 5th of the month prior to the issue they will run in. Ad materials are due no later than the 13th of the month prior to the issue they will run in. Example: If you want your ad to run in December, you must schedule it with your account manager by 5 November and all ad materials must arrive at EOM's office on or before 13 November.
